Yes, the Jazz 3 Enhanced patch is back!
A few of the new features are shown in the video, but the most important one is the new fluid movement camera. Later in the video you can see the final camera movement speed.
This new feature will allow many things, finally it will be possible to change the camera position to display signs or show multiple characters (One being the player) having a conversation, and ultimately, have realtime cutscenes.
I'll try to make more videos like this in the future!
