Tree Inventory with Airborne LiDAR Point Cloud - by Otto Yu @Forestree, Hong Kong
This programme is going to do the tree structural extraction across the input LiDAR point cloud data
(1) Tree count, (2) Tree mid-point coordinate (x,y), height (z), crown spread and inclination (degree respect to ground)
will derived with the input point cloud and process after deep learning process
Requirement and IDE:
Apple Mac M1 chip or Windows 16 RAM
Pycharm, Visual Studio Code and NetBeans
Be aware that the larger the file size, the longer the processing time
Project and acknowledgement of data usage:
Study of Fung Shui Wood, Lowland Secondary Forest, and Forest Plantation in Hong Kong
