Europe will have to learn to bring young talent in the mainstream. When I'm attending a conference on innovation. I see very few people there. They are all like me with grey hair. You need 20 years old kids in the mainstream. They have the talent. They are the future. They think differently. Just look at how at home we operate TV or any other new computer equipment. Kids never read instructions. Instruction manuals are only for the old people. So I think Europe will have to look outward. Europe will have to bring in young talent into the mainstream. Europe will have to learn to partner better and really try new business models innovate. Not in products and services perhaps but more in new relationships, new business models. I think that's the challenge for Europe. Europe has a lot of talent. Europe has some great institutions, some great scientists, technocrats, entrepreneurs. But again, they're all busy solving problems of the rich. I think that if you could bring this talent to use, to solve the problems of the humanity at large, it will create a lot of opportunities for everybody. I mean how could we really bring outs down? At the end of the day we need to focus on affordability, scalability, sustainability. These are the three key mantras in all aspects of research and development. Then only, you will reach out to a large number of people.
