Resolution: Activator was reinstalled in the correct position per the manufacturer’s installation guide and permanently secured.
2. Activator Adjustment
Issue: Activator was not adjusted to work with the interior door handle and locking system.
Resolution: Activator was properly adjusted according to the installation guide.
3. Support Installation
Issue: Support installed too high and not per installation guide. The motor and rod interfered, preventing the door from closing properly and risking rod failure.
Resolution: Support was reinstalled in the correct lower position per installation guide.
4. Lock-to-Activator Cables
Issue: Cables were bent, preventing proper locking and unlocking.
Resolution: Cables were reorganized and installed correctly per installation guidelines.
5. Interior Door Handle Installation
Issue: Door handle installed incorrectly, preventing proper mechanical operation.
Resolution: Door handle was reinstalled to the manufacturer’s specified position.
6. Door Handle Module Wiring
Issue: Door handle module was not connected to the vehicle harness. The Ador system did not deactivate when the vehicle was locked, allowing motor engagement when pulling the exterior handle.
Resolution: Module connected to vehicle harness. When locked, the exterior handle is now deactivated and cannot open the door.
