This is my first and hopefully last terrible shiny fail. Felt like an idiot in the moment, but we move past this and will get Darkrai, Giratina AND Arceus soon. Thank you everyone for your support, the ride has been awesome so far so lets keep this train moving!

If anyone needs any explanation here is what was going through my head, my false swipe Absol just fainted, but I thought it made more sense to try more pokeballs. I was going to try to hit shiny Giratina with a move with golduck beacause shiny Giratina used pain split but thought that was stupid so I was going to go back to my bag to revive Absol. I got too excited, pressed down too many times on the dpad and pressed A too fast and ended up running away.

Don't feel like I should need to say this, but this was not on purpose, why would I do that almost after 100 hours on one hunt?
