Here's a demonstration of a SCHMIDT laser marking machine laser marking various parts and materials including aluminum, steel, cast iron, and brass.
SCHMIDT manufactures fiber, CO2, and diode laser marking and engraving systems that include infrared, green, and UV lasers and range in wattage from 3 watts to 200 watts. They can be in a safety interlocked Class I certified enclosure or in a Class IV open environment. Class I cabinets are available in standard models or completely custom built to your part size and application needs.
Our laser systems are commonly used for part identification and product traceability information such as serial numbers, date codes, 2D data matrix, barcodes, manufacturing codes, material flow, graphics, logos, and more.
