We began the morning with a dreamy pique-nique at Les Lacs de la Forêt d’Orient—coffee in hand, buttery croissants, and a postcard-perfect view of swans drifting across the still, glistening lake. ☕🥐🦢 Morning serenity at its finest!

From there, we wandered into the surrounding woods, where tall trees whispered in the breeze and time seemed to slow down. Nature, laughter, and great company—what more could we ask for? 🌳💬❤️

Later, we made our way back to la vieille ville, where we stumbled upon one of Troyes’ quirkiest treasures—the crooked house, a whimsical gem straight out of a fantasy novel. Surrounded by pastel timber-framed buildings in shades of rose, gold, and mint, it felt like stepping into a painting. 📸🏘️✨

Before heading back to Paris, we took a quiet moment inside the breathtaking Basilique Saint-Urbain—its soaring arches and radiant stained-glass windows filled the space with light and awe. ⛪💫 A masterpiece, inside and out.

Two incredible days filled with heartwarming memories—made even more special thanks to our dear friends Khaled, Lina, and Ahmad. We’re leaving with full hearts and stories we’ll carry with us forever. 🥹💛
