Day 12 of 30 Days to Heal My Body
This is a slow, guided practice for releasing tension and pain held in the jaw.
In this 27-minute meditation, I gently guide you through:
• nervous system calming
• breath awareness
• and a somatic, hands-on practice using your own hands to massage and soften the jaw
This practice is both physical and emotional.
Many of us carry tension in the jaw from months or years of holding things in:
words we didn’t say,
feelings we swallowed,
moments where we learned it was safer to be quiet.
This meditation creates space to gently unwind that holding.
You may feel some relief today.
And you may be invited to return again.
Healing is not linear.
Tension that formed over years does not leave all at once.
This practice is meant to be revisited, slowly and lovingly, as your body is ready.
There is no forcing here.
Only softening.
Only listening.
This practice brought me deep personal relief,
and it is offered with the hope that it supports you in opening, releasing, and restoring ease in your body and voice.
