About 15 small petits choux or 8 larger.
Preparation: 20 min , Cooking: 25 min , Clear in: 45 min
Ingredients;
2 dl water
1 krm salt
50 grams butter
2 dl wheat flour
3 eggs
Set the oven to 200 degrees warm air or 210 degrees ordinary oven. Prepare a spritz and a plate with baking paper. Sift the flour into a bowl. Measure out water, salt and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add sifted wheat flour a little at a time with vigorous stirring with a wooden spoon. Put back on the plate and lower the heat slightly. Stir until the batter releases from the bottom and edges about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat again and allow to cool slightly.
Stir in one egg at a time and stir in each egg well in the batter with vigorous stirring. Bake in the middle of the oven until they rise and get color. Small petits choux takes 20 minutes. Large takes about 30 minutes. Do not open the oven door in the meantime. When they have finished baking, open the oven and let out the steam and leave for 10 minutes.
Take out the petits chouxes and let them cool on the grill. Prepare the desired filling. Cut off the lid with a sharp knife. Click or sprinkle in the filling and put on the lid. Fill with strawberries if desired. Powder with icing sugar if they are to be sweet pastries.
