Realistic friendship expectations

Описание: friendships... surprisingly i haven't touched on this topic yet 🪷 navigating friendships is an active muscle in my life-- from choosing the right friends, to identifying toxic behaviors, to reflecting on moments that made me feel insecure, or things i did to "fit in" and earn validation

today i'm reflecting on realistic expectations from my friends and the idea of inconveniencing ourselves for these relationships. what makes a "true friend?" is it fair that im upset to expect more? it's 100% something i've struggled with growing up, but i truly believe that an exchange of inconvenience invites depth in. leaning on each other is what makes a community ♡ don't forget to watch in 4k!
