50-40-30-20-10 - For Time
Sit-Ups
Russian Swings with KB, DB or Household Object "HHO"
Bent Over Rows - use 2 DBS, KBS or HHO's
Lateral Hops Over A HHO ( or jump rope singles or doubles)
Every 3 minutes stop and do 3 burpees. For RX - do 3 reverse burpees instead of regular ones. For less conditioned participants, do 1/2 burpees (down/ups)
Scaling options: For less conditioned participants - Do 25-20-15-10-5 reps instead of what's listed above. Or if you are working out with a family member you can parter and split the 50-40-30-20-10. (one can work while one rests) - both still do burpees together.
