Hey everyone! Some of you may not know this but I am the most NON flexible person IN THE WORLD! (or at least I think so!) so I asked my friend Sofie Dossi (a self taught contortionist, hand balancer, aerialist, and the most flexible person in the world) to try and teach me some simple poses. I had a HARD time but I believe in myself and I will be better next time!
