We got to go snorkeling with sharks! We went with One Ocean Diving out of north Oahu and got to see a whole bunch of Galapagos sharks. Hayley, our awesome safety diver, also mentioned two other species present: sandbar sharks in the depths, just at the edge of visibility, and (I think) Blacktip sharks (though I may be remembering incorrectly).
It was a super awesome experience to swim with these amazing creatures. They are curious and very graceful in the water.
