Miso Clam with Mushroom | Miso Soup | Miso Clam Soup
Ingredients:
300g frozen clam
1 tomato
100g assorted mushroom
3 stalks scallion
2 tbsp miso paste dissolve in 2 cups of water
1 tsp seasoning powder
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 cup of water
Method:
Cut off the woody stems/roots, tear into small pieces
Cut scallions into thin slices
Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges
Defrost and clean the clams with running water
In a pot, bring 1 cups of water to boil
Add mushrooms and scallions, stir to mix well and bring to boil
Add tomato slices, stir to mix well
Add seasoning powder, stir to mix well
Add clams, stir to mix well and bring to boil
Add 2tbsp miso paste dissolve in 2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, turn off the heat immediately, stir to mix well.
