Описание: The Belize Elite Basketball League (BEBL) is an often forgotten market in the Overseas basketball landscape of Central America.

However, clubs such as the San Pedro Tiger Sharks will pay the highest salaries with its best players being able to make a decent chunk of change.

Professional players in the BEBL - formerly known as the NEBL - can also play in high-end tournaments such as COCABA to improve their profile even more.

Despite that, organizational problems have plagued this league for years.

In the end, Belize remains a sleeping giant of Central America.

And something that one day could be a powerhouse in the region if under the right direction!
