Regulation Economics Alan Moran says the green renewable transition trajectory is “all going upwards”.
“Back in 2006 it was like $400 million a year,” he said.
“But we have added to the programs and expanded the existing programs … you add them all up … we are presently spending in the rate of $15 billion a year.”
