I have gone to the gym before but I have never had an actual training plan. I have done some Calisthenics before but again I have never following any plan more just through martial arts training.
I was looking for reviews on the available training plans and stumbled across the reddit recommended workout. So Last week I thought I would start it.

This video is mostly for me to compare my self against in the future especially when I lose motivation. It will be good to look back on where I started and see how I have progressed.
I was on a boat so was really struggling with balance on the single leg raise hinges.
The workout I did here my 4th run through.
Assisted shrimp squats and Pull-ups pair
3 sets of 8 reps. first set 6 2nd 4 and 3rd 4 (negatives to take to the 8 reps).
Diamond push-ups and Row pair
3 sets of 8 reps for the push ups 8 6 and 5 for the rows
Single leg hinge. Dips
8-8-8. 8-5-5
Knee raises. Copanhagan. Reverse hyperextension
12-12-9. 12-12-12. 12-12-12
For the skills day (was done last week)
Handstand practice.
L-sit 14 seconds
skin the cat 1 set of 3
3 pseudo plange press-ups
and a tucked front lever.
Not the worst starting point. I have already seen some improve since week 1 day 1.
I have bought a portable pull-up bar for home to continue training after I get off the boat. Hopefully I can stay motivated. Keep training and post a progress video or two soon.
