In the next few minutes I’m going to show you how to complete a chronology that would normally take a week—and less time than it takes to get your lunch. Right now, we’re uploading hundreds of documents including Word files, PDFs, video recordings, Excel sheets, emails and CSVs, spanning a wide range of formats and categories like contracts, affidavits, judgments, text messages and more. Virtually any type of file can be uploaded for our AI to process. Once all our documents are uploaded, it’s time to dive in.
Click on New Document. This will be the one we’ll use to build our chronology. Next up, let’s select these 636 documents, then hit Actions, choose Chronologies. Now we’re ready to roll.
You even get to decide how detailed you want each entry to be—total control. Super easy. You can even give it custom instructions to hunt for exactly what you need: dates, names, key events—you name it. Now let’s go ahead and click Start.
Once the AI finishes powering through all 10,000 pages—yep, every single one—it’ll pull out dates, events, parties, source references and anything else you ask for. It’s like having a supercharged assistant working at lightning speed.
Okay, now we’ve got our chronologies finished in under 30 minutes. The AI powered through 600 plus documents and over 10,000 pages to build our chronology. Now for the fun part: let’s click on Column Settings and customise what we want to see. I want to include the URL, prefer to hide a few columns, then tailor it exactly how you want it. You can tweak the page setup to format, then simply hit Insert Chronology and just like that, everything drops right into your document.
Each entry comes with a clickable link. Tap on it and it will opens the exact document and jump straight to the Pinpoint citation—no scrolling, no searching—just instant access to the info you need to fact check or reference in seconds.
And last, say hello to your discussion assistant—you’re all in one super helper. If you’ve got a questions about the chronology, just ask. Want it to pull out key info, draft a summary or even write up some correspondence? No problem. You can type it out or just speak and it gets right to work. It’s like having a smart tireless teammate ready to help you tackle anything fast, easy and super intuitive.
I want you to tell me all of the occurrences where bodily harm is mentioned.
So we’ve got our response back. We’ve also got notes and a handy summary ready to go. Let’s click on Create New Document and instantly generate a summary that pulls out everything related to bodily harm done in seconds.
And now the last thing we need to do: let’s set up a data room to share everything with your team or external parties. Just head back here, hit Share and you’re off. You can invite team members by popping in their email or even share it with folks without a subscription by enabling public sharing. Generate a new link, type in their name and choose what they can do: view, comment or edit. Add a password for security, then hit Create. Now your sharable data room is live. The recipient gets access to everything: the overview, the full chronology, all source files without the AI tools of course.
