NIK KERSHAW & STEVE HACKETT - THE LAMIA - 4K

Описание: Steve Hackett introduces his friend & special guest Nik Kershaw to the stage to take on The Lamia. Kershaw was honoured to be asked to be part of the Genesis Revisited shows, Nik of whom grew up with Progressive Rock music and loved and adored the likes of Genesis, Gentle Giant & The Edgar Winter Group from his early formative years. Kershaw has always shown prog rock side to his songs. Gordon Giltrap said "Nik Kershaw was always more Progressive Rock Music than Pop Music" - Kershaw has received praise from legends such as Elton John, Hans Zimmer, Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Billy Joel, Sting & Rick Wakeman.

A few fun facts linking Genesis Members & Nik Kershaw:

1. Tony Banks was a huge fan of Nik Kershaw and used his services for his solo albums.
2. Phil Collins wanted to provide drumming for Nik Kershaw back in the 80s (sadly never materialised)
3. Steve Hackett, another fan & close friend wanted to work with Nik.

Another special appearance comes from Steve Rothery (of Marillion) for the guitar solo!
