YouTube provides a list of music that it allows you to use in your videos. This is just a list. You still have to download the music from a music site or upload from a CD
There are restrictions, so be sure to read the terms and conditions. They can be different for each song.
I highly recommend uploading a test video to 'unlisted' with your choice of music from this list. Wait a few days and see if it's really blocked in only the countries stated. If you get multiple claims against your choice of music it can quite easily get blocked in a lot more countries than YouTube says. An unlisted test video will save you a lot of wasted time editing a video if it ends up being blocked in too many countries.
I suggest you also credit the artist whose music you use. Good luck.
