S04E10 Pancake Bay Provincial Park Review

Описание: This is park #5 on our three week, seven park trip to Lake Superior. This is the southern most park on Lake Superior that we stayed at on this trip. While travelling from Rainbow Falls PP to Pancake Bay PP we stopped to stretch our legs in Wawa and checked out the Wawa Goose.

Pancake Bay is touted to have one of the most beautiful beaches in North America and it did not disappoint. We had a waterfront site and some beautiful weather. Best of all the water in Pancake Bay is way warmer than most other parts of Lake Superior. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding and of course just chillin at the beach.

Like usual, we did a full tour of the park showing off the sites and amenities. We checked out some very close places outside of the park including Agawa Crafts, Campers Grocery, The Canadian Carver, Voyageurs' Lodge, Batchawana Provincial Park and Chippewa Falls.

Of course we had some of the famous apple fritters at Voyageurs' Lodge. It's a must stop place when travelling this way.

After Pancake By we leave Lake Superior to continue our camping trip toward home. Next stop, Chutes Provincial Park. Stay tuned...
