Section 36 BNS 2023- Right to private defence against act of a person of unsound mind, etc.
धारा 36 भारतीय न्याय संहिता- ऐसे व्यक्ति के कार्य के विरुद्ध प्राइवेट प्रतिरक्षा का अधिकार जो विकृतचित, आदि हो ।
Section 37 BNS 2023- Acts against which there is no right of private defence .
धारा 37 भारतीय न्याय संहिता- कार्य, जिनके विरुद्ध प्राइवेट प्रतिरक्षा का कोई अधिकार नहीं है ।
