Описание:
Designed for welding bead or other profiled extrusions under proper tension. The conveyor allows the vinyl material to relax while an extruded bead is welded to the edge of the sidewall.

-Controlled with an American-made PLC / HMI combo
-Built on 1 frame, ready to plug and play
-Powered unwind stand with Tidland shaft and air brake
-(Optional) Linear actuation for telescoped or poorly wound rolls
-(Optional) Tension-driven bead feed (controls the tension on bead and prevents aesthetic imperfections
-(Optional) Cross-cutting to automatically cut side wall to length
-Slitting blade cuts vinyl in process for various sidewall heights
-Can be custom-built to your application
