1.Go to settings then go to apps
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.Next go find Google Play Store and Google Play Services
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.If you found it click Google Play Store do not click Google Play Services when you open it you have to Clear Cache and Clear Data and do the same thing in the Google Play Services
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
