Hello friends 🌙
I’ve prepared a vlog about my experience at the 47th İstanbul Marathon.
The night before the race, I loaded up on carbohydrates and magnesium.
In the morning, I started with my favorite pre-run breakfast: banana and peanut butter — and of course, coffee with a touch of cinnamon.
I went to the race with my friends.
We started on the Asian side of Istanbul, crossed the iconic bridge, entered the European side, and followed the coastline all the way to the finish line.
After finishing, we explored the event area and tried some of the products there.
Since I’m vegan, I preferred to come home and cook a delicious Iranian dish for myself — a little reward after the run.
I’ve just started this journey, so any positive or negative feedback means a lot to me and helps me improve.
