Self-compassion is an evidence-based, acceptance practice to realistically meet and work with our challenges coming from a position of strength Research shows that when we are kind to ourselves we are more likely to ask for help and bounce back quicker from a setback. The best part is that it can be learned.
Through stories, research and interactive activities, Tracy Fink, MBA'91 showed how we can learn to be kind, curious and less judgmental about our own difficulties as we navigate the current COVID crisis and come out stronger on the other side.
