Electric Scooter 24-96V Motor Controller Tester Brushless Hall Detector

|Notice: Only when using Hall detection and shifter detection, you need to turn on the power. When the signal light is not bright enough, please replace the battery.

1. Motor coil detection: connect the three alligator clips on the motor coil end of the tester to the three thick cables of the motor and rotate the motor. The three signal lights flash in turn, which is normal. If the light is not bright, then the winding has malfunction.

2. Motor Hall detection: connect the motor Hall line on the tester to the Hall line of the motor, and slowly rotate the motor. The three signal lights should have on and off changes. If there is no change, the corresponding Hall or line has malfunction.

3. When the 60° signal light is illuminated, it indicates that the motor is 60°, otherwise it is 120°.

6. Controller Detection: This instrument is suitable for the detection of 24V to 60V brushless controller. ○1 Connect the controller Hall input terminal to the tester controller Hall line terminal. ○2 Connect the controller main line output terminal to the tester controller main line terminal. Turn on the power of the controller, the 5V indicator on the tester should be lit. If it is not lit, it indicates that the 5V output of the controller has malfunction. Turn the shifter, the six lights of the controller on the tester should be lit in order (two signal lights are a group). If it is not lit or two groups are flashing at the same time, the controller has malfunction.
