Описание: NUH ophthalmologist, Dr David Chen shares about how to care for your eyes after you have undergone laser blended vision which is a form of LASIK that treats presbyopia (lao hua):
Keep eyes closed during first few hours
Rest eyes & avoid screen time/reading for first 24 hours
Avoid rubbing eyes during first few days
Wear eye shield for first 3 nights
Take 2 days off work to heal eyes
Can resume driving with doctor’s approval after 1 – 2 days
Avoid getting water, soap in eyes for first week
Avoid eye makeup/moisturiser for first week
Use eye drops during long screen time/in air-conditioned room
Wear safety glasses when working in dusty environment
Avoid aerobic exercises for first 3 days
Avoid ball sports for first 1 – 2 weeks
Avoid swimming/sauna for first 2 – 3 weeks.
Avoid high impact sports for first 1 month
Wear sunglasses for first 12 months
