In this video, I’ll show you my special 10-minute recipe using beef brisket for that extra depth of Umami. Whether you're a fan of K-Dramas or looking for a nutritious meal prep idea, this "Umami Bomb" stew is a must-try!

[ 🛒 Ingredients ]
• Protein: Beef Brisket (as much as you want!), 1 pack Tofu (diced)
• Vegetables: 1 Potato, 1/2 Zucchini, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Green onion (scallion)
• Spice & Kick: 2 Cheong-yang chili peppers (optional for spice)
• The Base: 3 tbsp Doenjang (Korean soybean paste), 1 tbsp Ssamjang (Secret spicy dipping sauce)
• Seasoning: 1 tbsp Minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp Coarse salt

[ 👩‍🍳 Cooking Instructions ]
1. Prep the Veggies: Dice the potato, zucchini, and onion into bite-sized cubes for the perfect spoonful.
2. Make the Veggie Base: Add the diced potato, zucchini, and onion to boiling water. Simmer for about 10 mins to create a naturally sweet and savory vegetable broth.
3. Seasoning: Add 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt and 1 tbsp of minced garlic to enhance the base flavors.
4. The Secret Flavor: Stir in 3 tbsp of Doenjang and 1 tbsp of Ssamjang. (Pro tip: Ssamjang adds a hint of sweetness and spice that balances the deep soy flavor!)
5. Final Touch: Add the beef brisket, tofu, and chili peppers. Simmer for another 5 mins until the beef is tender and the soup is rich.
