What is this?
This nothing but edit functionality of the Purchase. But in this edit you can able to edit only 'Distributor invoice number' & 'Date'. Since there is a possibility of human errors while entering the Invoices these will be reflected while GST filing invoice matches. Where as the payment will be done already then application will not allow to edit by that time. To avoid this discrepancy we have introduced this Compliance edit.
How to?
User can simply try to edit the Payment made Purchase invoice then application will show proper message to get an confirmation from the user to prompt the Compliance edit pop up window. In that users can able to change Invoice number & Invoice date and give Ok to that pop up application will save that automatically. Also post that in Accounts too.
