Check out this quick trail update on the Karl Boyes Multi-Purpose National Recreation Trail at Presque Isle State Park in Erie, PA!
When I was riding this trail for pure recreation in June 2025, I found that after the repaving work that the Pennsylvania DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) undertook in the autumn of 2024, they added mile markers onto the newly-repaved trail! These mile markers are painted on the trail surface in 10th mile increments!
Also, I give you a quick look at the Coast Guard Road that leads to Beach 11, the houseboats on Horseshoe Pond, and North Pier; as well as the Fox Trail - both of which I purposely omitted from the original full-length video on this trail.
