Rudy is now at Aklan Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation Center, where he is being fed, cared for, and surrounded by love 🤍
X-rays confirmed a dislocated hip. He is also suffering from nerve damage, is severely emaciated, and has ehrlichia (a blood parasite). His recovery will take time.
