Out where the nebulae bleed into black,
Borik the starborn stood tall on the track.
Nocked an arrow of iron forged in dead suns,
Watched the Chardalyn Dragon blot out everyone.
Wings of shattered void, scales sharp as regret,
Breath like a winter that makes old gods forget.
[Chorus]
Destruction's light, burnin' cold and mean,
Chardalyn dragon, king of what’s never been clean.
Borik, Seylar, Cleira, Synn — four against the fall,
Bows drawn tight in the glow of it all.
Ain’t no glory waitin’, just the end drawin’ near,
But we’ll loose our last arrows and spit in its fear.
[Verse 2]
Seylar the druid called stars to his string,
Loosed constellations that howled and took wing.
Arrows of moonlight cut through the black hide,
But the dragon laughed thunder, swallowed the tide.
Cleira the seer, eyes white as bone,
Saw spirits screamin’ in the beast’s empty throne.
[Verse 3]
Synn from the mist moved silent and low,
Ranger’s shaft flyin’ where no sane man would go.
Hit the heart-cluster, chardalyn cracked with a groan,
But the dragon turned ruin to the flesh and the stone.
Borik roared laughter, blood paintin’ his grin,
“Keep comin’, you bastard — we ain’t done sinnin’.”

The light it destroys ain’t the kind that redeems,
Just a cold hungry fire tearin’ holes in our dreams.
Cleira whispered low as the dragon drew breath,
“Spirits say we’re the price for defyin’ our death.”

Destruction's light, swallowin’ star after star,
Chardalyn dragon, we came from too far.
Borik, Seylar, Cleira, Synn — standin’ our ground,
Bows still singin’ as the darkness comes down.
No heaven’s waitin’, no mercy to claim,
Just four outlaws burnin’ in destruction’s flame.
