Savannah Guthrie says her family is "at an hour of desperation" in the search for the Today Show host's missing mother.
The alleged kidnappers had set a deadline for Monday evening for a ransom to be paid.
Speaking in an Instagram video, Ms Guthrie said her family still believed 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie is out there.
