Sample diet plan ideas
chose ur availability
Around 6:40 pm
Iftar
2-3 Dates water
fruit Juice with out sugar
yoghurt and cut Fruits
only cut fruits and fruit Juice
Around 8:pm.
control portion
grilled chicken or Fish vegetable salad
soup/salad
wheat Bread omlet
chappathi paneer or soya
chicken curry small quantity of brown rice salad
Around 9:30
workout time
protien shake
Around 11:00 Post workout meal
grilled chicken or eggs
veggies salad
biriyani or brown rice or manthi
dont eat Full
Suhoor Around 4:30
6egg 3 egg White 3 whole egg
protien smoothie
over night oats with fruit and nuts
2 small chappathi egg burji
1 cup brown rice veggies chicken
Drink at least 2-3 litter water a day between IFTAR and SUHOOR
