Game Description: The Path Into The Abyss is a hardcore, first-person, open-world survival shooter set in a post-invasion Buenos Aires, blending cosmic horror (Lovecraftian elements) with realistic survival mechanics, faction warfare, dynamic AI (Abyss-Life system), and deep looting/crafting, aiming to be a spiritual successor to games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.. Players navigate a desolate, flooded city overrun by otherworldly threats and warring human factions, managing resources, crafting, and engaging in emergent storytelling in a persistent world where NPCs remember you. A pre-alpha demo is available on Steam, offering a taste of the atmospheric, challenging gameplay.
