• Needle Work (Assassinate Owen Cage with a lethal injection disguised as Klaus Liebleid in the main surgery room)
The Hokkaido location is available only if own "HITMAN Game of the Year Edition" or the DLC "Legacy Pack" for HITMAN 2.
