Three of my favourite single leg strength drills for runners

Reel routine;
1️⃣ 8-10 Reverse Lunge to high knee per side
2️⃣ 8-10 Lateral Lunges per side
3️⃣ 6 Lateral Step Ups to High Knee Per side
🔄 Repeat 3-5 rounds
