Hotel Gangba and Homestay Gangba in Leh is one of the good options with balanced comfort, cleanliness, and budget. They have both hotel options and Homestay options to cater to the needs of both budgets. I was there in Sept 2023 and stayed all my nights in Leh at Hotel Gangba..

Stanzin bhai, the owner, is a gem of a person and you will get to eat food cooked right from their garden vegetables. Knows me well in case you want to refer to my name…

The market is also very near, less than a km away, so you may stroll back to it after some heavy dinner :)

Hotel room prices are around Rs 3000-4000 with breakfast for two people depending on season time or not and homestay room rent will be at a much reasonable rate of Rs 2000-25000.
