In this video, we go over the basics of farming XP in A Township Tale. All of the footage was shot on PC, but the concepts and methods should still carry over for the Quest version.
Update: So, a method I thought got patched out still works, so for Archery XP, you can just shoot some arrows into a shield, and smack things with it to grind XP.
Update 2: In the disclamer I said 6 months, but the way things are going that can be extended to 18 months.
