Equipment needed: dumbells and a mat
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
Warm up
🔹 Forward lunge w/ bent arm side raises, reverse lunge to overhead press
🔹 Sumo squat w/ front single arm triceps press
🔹 Single arm snatch to reverse lunge
🔹 Single arm Kettlebell swings
🔹 4 Renegade Rows, jump in, lift hands
X2
🔹 Curtsy lunges with side Bicep curls
🔹 Burpee jacks
🔹 Side to side thrusters
🔹 Single leg deadlift with a row
🔹 Side lunge to reverse lunge w/ overhead press
X2
Go through all moves one more time back to back 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Cool down/stretch
