पटना हाईकोर्ट ने वोट चोरी और गड़बड़ी से चुनाव जीतने के आरोप में बिहार के 42 विधायकों को नोटिस जारी करके जवाब मांगा है. जिन लोगों को नोटिस दिए गए हैं उनमें विधानसभा के स्पीकर प्रेम कुमार समेत पक्ष और विपक्ष दोनों के विधायक शामिल हैं. असल में ये 42 विधायक जिन सीटों से जीते हैं उन सीटों पर हारे हुए उम्मीदवारों ने हाईकोर्ट में पेटीशन्स फाइल की थी. जीते हुए नेताओं पर एफिडेविड में गलत जानकारी देने. वोट चोरी और वोट खरीदने जैसे आरोप लगाए गए हैं.

Today, the Patna High Court issued notices to 42 Bihar MLAs, seeking their responses to allegations of vote theft and rigging. Those served notices include MLAs from both the ruling and opposition parties, including Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar. In fact, the losing candidates from the constituencies these 42 MLAs won had filed petitions in the High Court. The winning candidates have been accused of providing false information in their affidavits, vote theft, and vote buying.
