We will hear more about Helen Blank's oral history, interviewed by Deborah Phillips. This oral history traces the history of early education policy and program developments from Helen Blank’s on-the-scene vantage point. The interview includes Helen’s personal story, which motivated her to play a leadership role on these issues, with accounts of her participation in building strategies that have produced today’s early childhood programs.
