How To Make NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE || Yumeiro Patissiere

Описание: Hey, guys! My name is Jessica and making sweets is my passion! Today I made a no-bake strawberry cheesecake from the anime Yumeiro Patissiere. Subscribe to me to learn how to make simply adorable and unique desserts based off of animes, Japanese characters, and more! ^_^

INGREDIENTS:

cookie crust~
-1 1/2 cups nilla wafers/graham crackers/cookie of your choice
-2 tbsp granulated sugar
-3 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Jam center~
-5 strawberries
-2 tbsp sugar
-half a packet of gelatin (about 1 1/4 tsp or 3-4g)
-1 tbsp hot water

Bloom gelatin in hot water
When the jam reaches a boil stir in the bloomed gelatin
(leave outside!! don't place into the fridge because it well set up very quickly)
IF you choose not to use gelatin just cook down the strawberry syrup until you can tell the sauce is much thicker

Cheesecake filling~
-1 packet unflavored gelatin
-2.5 tbsp hot water
-12 oz softened cream cheese
-1/3 cup granulated sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3/4 cup heavy cream
-MORE STRAWBERRIES (to decorate sides of the cake)

Allow cake to set up in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours OR in the fridge overnight
