Nuts and bolts: Nicole DeCosta is a newspaper editor, radio correspondent and TV host in Portland, Oregon, and winner of more than 34 awards from the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association and the Society of Professional journalists. Still working a desk job in addition to her profitable media company — PR work, video editing, event hosting and hosting two TV shows — she hopes to also inspire women to transition into the jobs they've imagined and to live life on their own terms. She's well on her way.
