Amazing customer service from Joseph Cheaney & Sons regarding my shoes.
I’ve not worn them for such a long time & after 18 months in Spain, wearing flip flops, they felt brand new & hurt my feet.
The company has asked me to send my shoes (they are paying for postage) & they will attempt to soften the leather. I’m so pleased with their exceptional customer service & would like to thank them with this video.
