Is powered by Cat C7.1 industrial engine and widely used in most hard rock minning
Customer requested to fixed A/C system problem, I go through troubleshooting procedure and submitted my recommendation to fix the problem,
Findings are:
1. machine standing for long period of time & A/C system was discharge
2. Verify A/C compressor condition and found lost of suction
3. System leakage during vacuum test( from compressor)
4. Compressor clutch 24v supply is zero( found normally close pressure switch stuck-open)
Job done :
1. Install robbed compressor
2. Fixed electrical issue
3. Charge system following the specification
4. Test A/C system after repair
5. Release Machine to operation
