In this video we see a real time journey on the Craigieburn line recorded on Openrails. Operating a 3-car Comeng, we see a service from Flinders Street to Broadmeadows stopping all stations. Along the way we also see various Metro and V/Line trains on their way to Melbourne.
Being set in the 1950's the route depicts a time when electric train services still terminated at Broadmeadows. Electrification was extended from Broadmeadows to Craigieburn in 2007.
