Githeri is a Kenyan traditional meal of maize and beans of any type, mixed and boiled together in a pot. Water is then added, and the mixture is boiled until the food is cooked and ready to eat.
On this recipe the githeri was already cooked and i was frying it with onions , tomatoes and added spices for flavour
