Описание: Investigation is ongoing in the TCS Nashik conversion case, where serious allegations have emerged against accused Nida Khan. During a hearing at the Nashik Road court, the prosecution claimed that the accused allegedly influenced the victim to adopt religious practices such as wearing a hijab and observing roza, and even gave her a new name, “Haniya.”

According to Special Public Prosecutor Ajay Misar, the victim was subjected to continuous pressure and alleged threats to force conversion. The prosecution also stated that plans were made to send the victim to Malaysia, despite knowing she was married.

Authorities have reportedly traced related documents to Malegaon, and the case includes charges of molestation, forced conversion, and workplace harassment. Further investigation is underway.
